Periscope @ The Carle After Dark

About this event

We're thrilled to be bringing our brand of jazz to this world-renowned museum of picture book art. Bring the family! Bring yourself! Experience the art of movement through games, creative challenges, and hands-on art-making inspired by The Story of Ferdinand , which is the focus of the current exhibit at the museum. Jazz is the art of motion: rhythm, gesture, and spontaneity, all happening in real time. So we're providing the music that makes you move, including swing, waltzes, and especially Latin and Spanish-inspired jazz tunes that nod to Ferdinand’s Spanish roots.
