About this event

Dance with Parkinson's is designed to bring the joy of movement through dance and improvisation

to people with Parkinson's Disease. I will introduce different styles of dance, from Modern to Ballet,

Folk and Broadway. Classes will be adjusted to all level of mobility and wil l be adapted for those

sitting in chairs. The class will help relieve st iffness, assist with balance and walking, and improve

flexibility. It will strive to create a community and bring joy while exploring the art of dance.
