Willow Sound™ is Mystic Willow's signature Reiki-infused guided meditation experience, thoughtfully designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space to reconnect with yourself.

Join Mike of Mystic Willow for Root & Remain, a 60-minute earth-centered sound healing experience inspired by the rhythms of nature.

Through guided grounding, shamanic drumming, Tibetan singing bowls, and resonant sound, you'll be invited to turn inward, reconnect with what sustains you, and settle into the quiet wisdom of the season.

• A guided meditation

• An immersive sound experience with some or a blend of Shamanic Drums, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments

• Reiki offered throughout the experience

• A peaceful, welcoming environment designed for deep rest and nervous system restoration
