About this event
Sit & Sing is a gentle, community-centered gathering that weaves together stillness and voice. We’ll begin with 30 minutes of guided and silent meditation, creating space to settle and arrive. From there, we’ll transition into 30 minutes of group niggun singing—simple, wordless melodies that are easy to learn and designed to be sung together in a relaxed, participatory way. No prior experience with meditation or singing is needed—just a willingness to show up and be part of the shared experience.
