Good morning, Springfield.

Jacob Hudson scored his first AHL goal in his debut on Saturday in Wilkes-Barre — he gave the Thunderbirds an early 1-0 lead — but the team lost 4-1 after the Carbondale UFOs rallied.

Alex Cora said Brayan Bello will make one more rehab start before joining the rotation as he will not join the team for the Tampa game this week; he is expected to debut when the Mariners visit Fenway Park from April 22-24.

The coach noted Bello’s shoulder has fully healed and that the extra start will ensure his complete recovery.
