- ➤ Link to Libraries said it will start the Stephen Kaplan and Susan Jaye-Kaplan Community Legacy Fund at its gala on May 8 at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame to honor founder Susan Jaye-Kaplan and her late husband Steve—who died in January after a long battle with cancer.
