- ➤ Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell announced a $500,000 phone-free schools support grant to create distraction-free learning spaces in Springfield and boost student mental health; the grant (up to $50,000 per school) will start on Sept. 1 with applications due by 5 p.m. Friday, June 5.
