- ➤ Downtown Springfield will host the World’s Largest Pancake Breakfast tomorrow, where organizers expect 15,000 people to join celebrations for the city's 390th birthday and the nation's 250th birthday. - ➤ Vanished Valley Brewing in Ludlow will host a fundraiser tomorrow from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. for the 15th annual Ride to Remember, a charity event honoring fallen first responders, featuring a pig roast ($20), live music, and raffles to support riders in September. Western Mass News
