CRIME NEWS

  • Michael Person, who committed a brutal rape in Springfield in 1990 and was sentenced to life on two counts of aggravated rape, was denied parole on May 20 because he did not complete the recommended sex offender treatment program—his next parole review is scheduled for three years from now.  MassLive
