  • Preparations continue for Springfield’s Free Summer Eats program that will offer free meals and snacks Monday through Friday to students under 18—coordinated by Springfield Public Schools and Homegrown Springfield’s Culinary and Nutrition Center—and set to begin on June 23 with plans to expand from over 40 to up to 75 school sites.  Western Mass News
