- ➤ On Wednesday, Hampden District Attorney Anthony Gulluni warned drivers that his office investigated 42 serious crashes this year — including 28 fatal crashes with incidents in Chicopee and West Springfield — and urged motorists to avoid distracted or drunk driving. Western Mass News
