Good morning, Springfield.

Today, the Thomas J. Springfield Police are asking for help finding 11-year-old Zyree Mabry, who ran away near 50 State Street in the Bay and Cedar Street area, and anyone with information should call 413-787-6360 or 413-787-6300.

The Hampden District Attorney's Office did not seek a retrial for Edward Wright, who was released last month after his 1985 murder conviction in the Penny Anderson case was overturned due to key evidence being withheld—DA Anthony Gulluni said the evidence remains strong but a trial from 40 years ago cannot be redone.

Jose Martinez-Lopez, also known as Amalio Mendez-Molina, was sentenced to 163 days in prison for illegal re-entry — he is also facing deportation in West Springfield.
