  • A solar company—Sunrun—has filed lawsuits against dozens of Springfield customers after they signed up for panel installations that promised savings but left them with high payment obligations when they fell behind.   • Four months into the “X” intersection project in Springfield’s Forest Park neighborhood—local business owners are reporting more customers as construction workers routinely stop by for meals.
