- ➤ City officials announced the 'We Love Springfield' campaign on Nov. 12 to market 50 holiday draws—bundling events like Bright Nights, Festival of Trees, and Christmas concerts—with a $125,000 three-year commitment from the Springfield Redevelopment Authority. MassLive
- ➤ Amtrak announced that starting Friday, trains between New Haven—Springfield will be replaced by buses for infrastructure work; two northbound trips from Washington, D.C.—New Haven will end their rail service that day.
