Are you an experienced meditator looking for community? Are you curious about trying meditation and looking for somewhere to start? Join us each Sunday for sitting meditation in Holyoke!
The Forest Park Zen Sangha hosts a family sitting at 10:30am and a regular sitting at 11am every Sunday.
No experience is necessary and it is always free of charge!
