Willow Sound™ is Mystic Willow's signature Reiki-infused guided meditation experience, thoughtfully designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space to reconnect with yourself.

Your experience begins as you're welcomed into one of Mystic Willow's signature zero gravity chairs, allowing your body to settle into complete comfort. Through a gentle guided meditation, you'll be invited to slow your breath, soften your body, and arrive fully in the present moment.

As your journey unfolds, you'll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments while Reiki is gently offered throughout the room. Together, guided meditation, sound, and Reiki create an environment that supports deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner restoration.
