- ➤ Link to Libraries said it will start the Stephen Kaplan and Susan Jaye-Kaplan Community Legacy Fund at its gala on May 8 at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame to honor founder Susan Jaye-Kaplan and her late husband Steve—who died in January after a long battle with cancer. - ➤ Springfield Police said that Noe Martin (55) and Justin Santiago (35) died after being shot on Hebron Street on April 2 and that both men were taken to Baystate Medical Center while investigators continue the case with no current public safety threat. Western Mass News
